Rubii is an AI character chat and roleplay platform for interactive stories with original and community-made characters. Users start a chat from genres such as fantasy RPG, sci-fi, romance and anime, or build a character with a written setting, a generated portrait and short video, then publish it. Characters keep long memory of earlier conversations, and the user can switch between models including Claude and Gemini. It runs on the web, iPhone and Android with one account.

Rubii is a SFW service: its terms prohibit NSFW or pornographic content, sexualized minors, and deepfakes or impersonation of real people. Chatting is free to start. As of October 2026 the paid tiers are Plus at $7.99 per month (crossed-out price $10.99), Pro at $14.99 and Premium at $29.99. They grant 800, 3,000 and 6,600 Rubies, which the site equates to about 1,600, 6,000 and 13,000 messages. Memory-note editing, watermark-free images and video generation are paid features.

The operator is Perchy, LLC. The main limitation for adult users is the content policy, which blocks explicit material.
