About Gumloop
Gumloop is a no-code platform for building AI agents that work across a company's tools. Users describe an agent in plain language, attach connectors and skills, and let it run on a schedule or in response to events. The platform supports more than 35 models, a hosted MCP server, an optional company knowledge base, and guardrails that restrict which connectors each agent can use. It started as a visual workflow builder, and the older workflow canvas is still available as a legacy feature. Typical uses include lead research and enrichment, support triage, meeting follow-ups, and internal reporting that pulls data from several systems. Because agents are scoped to specific connectors, administrators can limit what each one may read or change. Teams that want deeper control over hosting or custom code may prefer a self-hostable tool such as n8n.
The Pro plan starts at $37 per month and includes unlimited agents, unlimited seats, 20,000 credits per month, 5 concurrent workflow runs, and 25 concurrent agent chats. Gumloop charges an 8% orchestration fee on top of credit costs on the Pro plan, and users can bring their own API keys. The pricing page offers a 14-day free trial rather than a permanent free plan, and Enterprise pricing is custom and adds options such as a virtual private cloud, SAML and SCIM sign-in, audit logs, and org-wide connector policies, while Pro limits guardrails to individual agents and includes one hosted MCP server. Credits are consumed by model calls and tool actions, so heavy agents can use the monthly allowance faster than light ones. The pricing page does not publish a per-task cost, and Gumloop is a newer vendor with a small number of public reviews.
